Assembly Row’s Giant Art

This build was insane. My lead and I put a ton of blood, sweat, and coffee into this project, managing to take it from draft to finished product in just a couple weeks. On the day of the install the road in front of the site was closed so that the project could fully assembled for the first time on the ground, and then the massive sections could be lifted into place.

From prototype to product, this project was a lot of fun. The puzzle of mounting the exterior LEDs, diffusing the light, and keeping everything water tight without casting odd shadows was made especially difficult by those intricately water-cut panels.
